10. Open folder "Background"
11. Open file "OEMBackground" and change the value data from "0" to "1" and click "OK".FYI, if you do not have OEMBackground then you need to create a new DWORD value key called OEMBackground first.
12. Next, open drive C
13. Open folder "Windows"
14. Open folder "System32"
15. Open folder "oobe"
16. Create new folder and rename it as "info"
17. Inside folder "info", create another new folder and rename it as "backgrounds"
18. Put your choice picture for the background in the format of JPEG. Make sure that your choice isn't bigger than 256KB.
19. Rename your choice as "backgroundDefault".
20. Reboot your computer and it is done.

NOTE:
1. If you don't have a OEMBackground key, you need to create a new DWord, not a new KEY under ///LoginUI/Background and once created, right-click, choose MODIFY, then set value to 1 as mentioned in video.
2. Your choice have to be same size as your resolution screen.
